Javanx3d’s Web and Content Creation Services
I offer three types of service on a contract-basis: Website Authoring, Content Creation, and Basic SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Services. No guicci forms here. I list out starting prices in each service, and prefer to have a dialogue before we enter into an agreement for providing you service. Website Authoring
A common need that I’ve come across with small business owners is getting their business put on-line without paying an exhorbatant amount in web authoring fees for basic-to-intermediate level websites. The mos popular content management system for small business owners that I have dealt with has been WordPress by far.
1 – WordPress Basic Package – $200 USD
You provide the following:
1 – cPanel login and password to web hosting service for your website
2 – Company or Website Log in JPG or PSD format
3 – A paragraph in text format describing your company or the website
4 – Other desired imagery to include on the website
5 – Any Web site design desires that you like. This can be URL’s of websites that you think have a look and feel that would be a good fit for your business to wordpress themes that you like. If you have no idea where to start on this step, go to Google or Yahoo search and type “Your company’s niche, ie Restaruant, WordPress themes.”
6 – Register at wordpress.org for an individual account and provide me the login and password (you can change this after I have you set-up).
I provide:
1 – Installation of the latest release of WordPress to your website to include setting up the supporing back-end MySQL database.
2 – Uploading a theme for your site. If you can’t find one you like from step 5, I’ll find one I think is appropriate for your site.
3 – Template tailoring to include your company or website logo in place of the WordPress theme logo.
4 – Configuration and upload of about and contact us pages for your site.
5 – I will install the follow five wordpress plug-ins for your site:
Askimet – Anti-Comment Spam Package
IntenseDebate Commenting System - All-in-one comment system for your blog
Wp-Cache – WordPress cache plug-in to speed page loading for your readers.
WordPress Database Backup – Guard against dataloss! In the event you have a catastrophic event occur resulting in the loss of the website, this plugin enables the recovery of any information that you have lost.
Wp-Page Navigation – Enhanced Pagination for your blog posts
2 – WordPress Intermediate Package – $300 USD
All benefits from the basic package to include:
1 – Optimized URL’s for Search Engine Optimization of Your Blog
2 – Pre-loading 4 applicable themes that you can shift the sight design to at a later date.
3 – I will install the following WordPress Plugins for you:
All in One SEO – Let the world discover your company through Internet search! All in One SEO gives you the tools to optimize website posts to best be indexed by the Search Engines.
Comment Luv – This permits others to have search engines follow their comments left on your blog back to the commenter’s website.
Google XML Sitemaps – Give the search engines a roadmap to your website so you show up in user searches quicker, and higher in the search engine rankings.
Yet Another Related Post Plugin – This plugin lists the other related posts on your blog at the bottom of an article. This becomes more of an issue as your site grows and old content starts to get lost in the weeds.
WordPress Stats – See where your website visitors are coming from, where they’re going, and view daily blog visits in real time without having to be a computer geek! All from the WordPress admin panel.
4 – I will write one single article of content for you free of charge. You can pick the title, key words, and so forth, or I will do so based on the title/topic of the webs site.
3 – WordPress Advanced Pacakge – $500 USD
In the advanced package you get all of the ‘stuff’ included in the basic and intermediate package as well as:
1 – One free 5 x article pack of content for the site.
2 – The following wordpress plugins installed:
Feedburner Plugin Installed (note that I will walk you through how to setup a feedburner feed if you do not know how) to redirect the site’s feeds.
Link Log Matcher - Helps you get indexed by Google Faster by sites linking to yours that are not listed in the search engines yet.
Google Adsense or Adbrite Advertisement Incorporation – You will need to setup a publisher account with Google and provide me with the publisher identification or provide an Adbrite Login and PW if you desire to monetize your site at this stage through advertisements.
Google Analyticator – Get the insight from Google’s Analysis tools. I will create a Google account for you unless you already have one you would like me to use for this.
Sociable – Enable social networking on your site to increase visitors!
Twitter Enabled Posting - Automactically posts updates to your site to Twitter (note I will need your twitter id and pw if you have one already for the business, if not I will set up this account for you).
3 – Sumission to 100 Free Web Directories to help your site be indexed more quickly by the search engines.
4 – Submission of 20 x relevant comments to your site on other blogs and websites once you have 3 or more pieces of content posted (helps with viewership and Search Engine Rankings).
Wordpress and other Web Extras:
Web Hosting Setup – $100 USD
Don’t feel like mucking with settting up your own hosting? That’s fine, I’ll do it for you at HostGator and turnover the applicable passwords, etc. I will need your full name, address, and telephone number to set this up for you and the $100 will include one year of hosting. If you would like to be able to host multiple sites then it will be $150 USD.
Logo Design – $50
You provide me with the basic concept, and I will subcontract this for you. Note, this is for a basic design and you get one ‘recycle’ of the design at this price.- Free 5 x Article package with the WordPress Advanced package. Content with the Basic or Intermediate web service per the content creation guidelines below
Content Creation Services
Content Creation
I’ve been spending most of my time on content creation. One thing that I’ve learned is creating quality content is really dependent on the subject, what the website owner’s goals are, and what my available time is for producing content.
Single Article - $.04 cents a word. You provide: 1- Article Topic, 2 – Article Title, 3 – Desired Key words or Key Phrases that you would like emphasized, 4 – Desired or maximum length of the article, 5 – Desired Number of Hyperlinks (if any) in the article with associated anchor text (its ok if you don’t know what this means), and 6 – File format you would like the article delivered to you (remember text files can not have hyper links). I guarantee that the content will: 1 – Be original work, 2 – Pass Copyscape and provide a screenshot on request of this, 3 – Will be completed within 7 days of contracting me.
I have found that some clients prefer I choose the topic, title, and/or key words or phrases by reviewing the the website they intend to deploy the content. If this is the case for you then the price rises to $.05 per word to help me makeup for the time I will spend with additional research to target the right key words/phrases, etc.
Five Article Pack (min 400 words per article) - If you have a need for more content and are able to provide the required information listed for single article requirements, the per-article price drops to .035 cents per word. If I determine article titles and key phrases then it is .045 cents per word. Delivery will be seven days from contract acceptance.
Ten Article Pack (min 400 words per article) – Same requirements as above. .03 cents per word if you provide all information, .04 cents per word if I do. Delivery will be no later than 10 days from contract acceptance.
