Go up to the front desk and tell the receptionist that you would like to apply for a job. Most likely she will give you an application to fill out right there. Once you are done, ask her if she will give your resume to the personnel dept. along with your application.

Sounds like you are just planning on walking in to apply for a job? That's ok if you do that – I've done it before. Have your resume with you, dress very nicely as if you were going for an interview – dress conservatively, not flashy, well groomed.
