Entering Your Account Information to Create an eBay Flyer
You will need to go to the “My eBay” tab selection to enter the My eBay page within your account. You must be logged in as your account to access the flyer creation feature.
You will find the Account tab which you must mouse over to access a pull-down menu with various options. You will want to select the “Marketing Tools” option to get a list of your marketing tools available from eBay. You will then proceed to clicking the “Promotional Flyer” option located on the left of the page. It will be an easy to find link amongst some other options.
Creating an eBay Flyer Process
The Promotional flyer page will have a default layout that you can use or customize to fit your specific needs. It comes in handy to create advertisements, give information on future auctions to look out for and custom tailor to individual buyers to fit their interests. Changes could easily be done with the “Change” link found near every field of changeable text. When you are finished, you will need to click on the save button to retain your edited information.
Some ideas for flyers include new listings, listings ending soon (within a week), similar listings to the one purchased under buy now, thank you flyer to thank customers and many more. You are not limited to only one flyer and can make as many as you will need. Keep in mind that only your last flyer made is saved for retrieval later on, so if you really enjoy a design, make sure to print out many copies of it before changing your flyer design for another purpose.
Printing Out Your eBay Flyers
All that is left to do is print out your flyers. If you have special background images that need to be printed along in the flyer, additional steps may be required for your printer to be able to have them printed also in your flyer. Make sure to always print a test flyer before setting it to print many at once, you do not wish to waste paper or valuable printer ink!
