The other key to success with a good preview is to make a prediction and give the reader the thought process behind your prediction!

#2 Freelance Article Idea – Where to Find Pictures of (Pick Your Favorite Hollywood Star or Star’s Significant Other)

My first article that got more than 500 views (and is still going strong at more than 12,000!) was on where to find pictures of Hank Baskett (Philadelphia Eagles WR) because of his involvement with the Playboy Bunny! Don’t underestimate the power of people being interested in short, hitting articles on celebs!

#3 Freelance Article Idea – NBA Mock Draft

Even though its not until June, articles on Mock drafts, whether the NBA, NFL, Baseball, etc always get a ton of views. Make sure you are technically accurate on the draft order of the teams that you put in the article at the time of writing and for the NBA you can’t go wrong with using the reverse order of finish (tell the reader this) until the actual lottery order is picked.

#4 Freelance Article Idea -Top 5 Fitness Activities for the Work at Home Mom

This combines two big topics for readers…self improvement, and Work at Home Mom’s. You could probably write an entire blog on this subject, let alone freelance articles. The only limit is how much you want to work on the topic!

#5 Freelance Article Idea – Top 5 2009 NCAA Basketball Recruiting Classes

Another great idea that you could devote an entire blog to! And, you don’t need to mimic Rivals.com or any other site. Be creative, use your opinion, but back it up with your thought process so the reader can agree or disagree with you. It doesn’t matter which, since your goal is for people to read the thing, not necessarily agree with you!
